In late August, all entities involved met to discuss a game plan to further this goal of creating a competitive baseball program at the school.
Step 1: September 4th and 5th, Project Beisbol staff helped train the school’s physical education teachers in the theory of baseball and the sport itself. Step 2: September 19th and 22nd, Project Beisbol will hold the first two formal practices representing the high school students. It’s safe to say we’ve all had a terrific start to this amazing after school opportunity for the kids, as well as a reminder of how baseball is growing everywhere!
