Background & Experience

Marco Beltrán has dedicated his life to baseball, serving as the president of Club Bravitos for the past 12 years and as a baseball leader for over 20 years. With a personal history as an active player for 14 years, Marco brings unparalleled experience and passion to his role. Under his leadership, the club has impacted approximately 3,000 youth in the vulnerable community it serves, contributing to the club’s remarkable legacy of transforming over 8,000 lives during its 45-year history.

For the past six years, Project Béisbol has been a steadfast supporter of Club Bravitos, providing equipment and training that Marco describes as “the best thing that has ever happened to the club.” One of the most inspiring moments for Marco came during the pandemic, when Project Beisbol’s support proved vital for their coaches and arrived at a time of critical need.

Baseball, Marco believes, is a lifeline for the youth in his neighborhood, steering them toward positive paths through sports and education. Personally, baseball is his life—it shaped his youth, saw his sons become professional players, and now drives his mission to guide young athletes toward becoming successful, upstanding individuals.

When Marco joined Club Bravitos, he focused on addressing its challenges, helping the organization evolve and strengthen over time. Today, the club thrives, especially with the continued support of Project Beisbol. Marco’s ultimate goal is clear: to use baseball to change lives, uplift his vulnerable community, and pave the way for a brighter future.
