Background & Experience
Angela Christino Marcantonini is a business development and nonprofit leader with more than two decades of experience leveraging the power of baseball to create educational and community impact. Throughout her career, she has built strategic partnerships with professional athletes, MLB and MiLB organizations, foundations, and community leaders to develop youth programs, expand access to sports, and strengthen nonprofits across the United States, Latin America, and the Caribbean. She has held leadership roles with several organizations including Pitch in for Baseball, Sports Philanthropy Network, the Dominican Republic Sports and Education Academy and Beyond the Diamond.
Angela is passionate about using baseball as a vehicle for opportunity, education, and cultural connection. Her work has included developing international youth initiatives, leading fundraising and community engagement efforts, creating educational programming, and supporting underserved communities through sports philanthropy. As a member of Project Béisbol’s Advisory Board, she brings a collaborative leadership style, an extensive network throughout the baseball community, and a longstanding commitment to empowering young people through education and the game of baseball.
