Hobbies: I am an honor roll student at Chaminade High School in New York with strong interests in baseball, entrepreneurship, and community leadership. I am actively involved in several academic and extracurricular initiatives that have helped develop my skills in communication, business, and project leadership. In school, I am a member of the Business Club, where I currently run the club’s International Growth Fund, managing investment decisions and analyzing global market opportunities. I also competed in the school’s Venture Challenge (a Shark Tank style competition), where I earned a scholarship after placing third for my product concept, LifeSync. Beyond school programs, I manage my own personal stock portfolio and have achieved strong returns through long term investment strategies and market analysis. These experiences have helped strengthen my understanding of finance, entrepreneurship, and strategic thinking. Communication and storytelling are also major focuses for me. I write for three varsity sports teams at my school and contribute to our online school newspaper. In addition, I serve as an intern writer for Axcess Baseball, where I cover high school and college baseball across Long Island. I am also the Speech Captain for my school’s Speech and Debate team and qualified for the New York State tournament in 2023. These roles have helped me develop strong public speaking, writing, and leadership skills that I now hope to apply toward community initiatives and nonprofit work.

Most Inspiring Moment with Project Béisbol: Baseball has played a major role in my life, teaching me discipline, resilience, and teamwork. Earlier this year while I was in Florida during a school break, I saw kids playing baseball outdoors in February. It made me think about how back home in New York we can’t even play outside until the spring or summer because of the weather. That moment made me reflect on how lucky many of us are simply to have access to the game. It also made me think about young players around the world who may not even have the equipment or resources needed to play at all. I realized that I wanted to use the skills I’ve developed through business, communication, and leadership to help expand opportunities for those players. Supporting Project Beisbol allows me to combine my passion for baseball with my interest in entrepreneurship and community service in a meaningful way.
